Method 1: Download the drivers for Windows 7 and install in Compatibility mode for Windows 10.

a) Download the drivers from manufacturer’s website.

b) Long press or right click the driver installation file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.

c) Check the option Run this program incompatibility mode.

d) Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.

e) Try installing the driver again.

Method 2: Set the Headphones as default and check.

a) Right click on the volume icon in the system tray and then click 'Recording devices'.

b) Right click on the blank space in the popped up window and then select 'Show Disabled Devices' and 'Show Disconnected Devices'.

c) Right click on Headphone and then click 'Enable'.

d) Highlight the microphone and then choose 'Set as Default Device'.

e) Click Apply and Ok.
