Simple, it's located directly beneath the drivers door windowswitches. Use a flat bladed screwdriver to pry up on the two metalbody clips (one in front and one in back) of the panel surroundingthe window switches. The DDM is the same between models 2003 and2007 as I have both, however the window switches change design so Iwas unable to swap the trim panels between the two.
